Terms of Service for LocationChanger

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the LocationChanger mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

• Virtual location exploration and coordinate selection
• Creation of digital "Passport Stamps" for selected locations
• Custom photo overlays with geographic and weather data
• Real-time weather information for any chosen location
• Saved location history and favorite destinations
• Premium subscription features for unlimited usage and enhanced overlays

3. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old
• Parental consent required if you are under 18
• Availability of some features may vary by region or device capabilities

4. User Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

• No illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activity using simulated locations
• No reverse engineering, attempting to disrupt the App's services, or scraping data
• Compliance with third-party app terms when using geo-stamped images

Purpose of Use

• The App is intended for entertainment and personal organization (e.g., travel journaling)
• Do not use the App for fraudulent purposes or to circumvent security measures of other services

Data Accuracy

Weather and geographic data are provided by third-party sources and accuracy is not guaranteed.

5. Premium Subscription

• Unlimited location changes, premium passport styles, and priority support
• Billed via Apple App Store with auto-renewing subscriptions
• Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy
• Basic features may remain free or ad-supported

6. Privacy and Data

• Data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Most user data (favorites, history) is stored locally on your device
• Third-party providers include RevenueCat (billing) and weather data partners

7. Intellectual Property

• The App, its design, software, and original content are owned by Usman Jamil / QuickAppZilla
• You retain ownership of any photos you capture or edit using the App
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

• The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• No guarantees regarding the continuous availability or accuracy of global location data
• We are not liable for any physical or financial damages arising from the use of simulated locations

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Usman Jamil / QuickAppZilla harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

• You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it
• We reserve the right to terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify users via in-app updates
• Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, and any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and QuickAppZilla regarding the App.
