By downloading, installing, or using X-Ray Scanner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

X-Ray Scanner is an AI-powered image transformation app that converts user-uploaded photos into filtered versions using three effects:

• Thermal: Realistic thermal/infrared heat-camera imaging
• Night Vision: Military-style night vision filter with green monochrome
• X-Ray: Holographic neon X-ray style with skeleton visualization

The App processes images in real-time using AI technology and does not permanently store uploaded photos.

2. User License & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
• Rent, lease, sell, or transfer the App or any copy to another person
• Use the App to create competing or derivative products
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security features

3. User Content & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content you upload to the App. You represent and warrant that:

• You own the copyright and all rights to any image you upload
• You have obtained all necessary permissions to upload the image
• You will not upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content
• You will not upload images of minors without parental consent

4. Subscriptions & Free Trial

• Free Scan: New users receive one free AI-powered scan per device. This limit is stored securely and does not reset upon app reinstallation.
• Paid Subscriptions: Additional scans require a paid subscription (weekly or yearly plan).
• Free Trial: Weekly subscription includes a 3-day free trial (if eligible).
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in your iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through iOS Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their App Store Refund Policy. Submit any refund requests directly through Apple's App Store.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

X-Ray Scanner is provided "as-is" for entertainment purposes only:

• We do not guarantee specific results or image quality
• AI-generated images may not be scientifically accurate
• Do not rely on filtered images for professional, medical, or legal decisions
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of the App

7. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of X-Ray Scanner is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices regarding data collection and use.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us or our licensors. Your use does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the App or the filtered images generated by it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App and on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
